Spent Christmas at this cozy retreat and was impressed with the character and charm of the place. the breakfast was delicious and accommodated our dietary needs. the free and quick Wi-Fi made it easy to stay connected with family. the location was perfect and made it easy to reach all the popular attractions in the area.
The room was a bit small and could have used some updates. the bathroom was tiny and lacked proper ventilation.

We really enjoyed everything about the hotel: location and breakfast. Museum of fine arts was just 1 km away...
Can’t think of anything.

the room was cozy and clean, and the bathroom had the cleanest bathtub I've ever seen. the staff was friendly and attentive, and the breakfast was always excellent. the house had some interesting and fun touches, making it a unique experience.
The lack of response from the staff to my emails and phone calls was disappointing.

The hotel is located in a nice historic area, perfect for exploring Houston's Museum District. The attention to detail in the rooms is impressive, with well-appointed kitchens and personal bathrooms across the hallway. The self-serve breakfast station offers a variety of options to start your day.
The lack of a cooler environment in the rooms.

Spacious rooms and well-equipped kitchen. Decent location near a variety of restaurants and shops, and only a short drive to key tourist sites. Property had a relaxing atmosphere and friendly staff that were accommodating.
The furnishings were dated and uncomfortable. The bathroom had a strange odor and was in need of repair.
